Practicing dentistry without a valid Certificate of Registration (COR), Professional Regulation Commission ID (PRC ID) and required permit is prohibited by law.

❌ ILLEGAL PRACTICE INCLUDES:

• Performing dental procedures without license
• Representing yourself as a dentist without the required credentials
• Using another person’s professional credentials
• Impersonating a registered dentist
• Using a revoked or suspended registration/PRC ID
• Advertising yourself as a dentist without valid authorization
• Abetting or assisting the illegal practice of dentistry

⚠️ PENALTY UNDER SECTION 33, R.A. 9484:

₱200,000 – ₱500,000 FINE

AND/OR

2 YEARS & 1 DAY – 5 YEARS IMPRISONMENT

As determined by the proper court.

The Negros Oriental Dental Chapter successfully concluded its New Dentists Onboarding 2026 Seminar, bringing together our newest dentists for a meaningful day of learning, orientation, and fellowship.
