The successful conduct of the Integrated Hospital Operations and Management Program (IHOMP) Validation and Technical Assistance Visit from June 2–4, 2026, highlights the continuous progress of Negros Oriental Provincial Hospital (NOPH) in strengthening its healthcare services, operations, and management systems.

NOPH extends its sincere gratitude to Governor Chaco Sagarbarria for his unwavering support of healthcare development in the province. The hospital likewise recognizes the invaluable guidance and commitment of the Office of the Provincial Administrator - Negros Oriental Atty. Arthur Fran Tolcidas, Provincial Health Officer Dr. Liland Zoila B. Estacion, NOPH Chief Dr. Marc Angelo C. Llosa, and Administrative Officer Jennifer T. Divinagracia Jen T Jen for their leadership and dedication in advancing quality healthcare services for the people of Negros Oriental.

Through the collective efforts of provincial and hospital leadership, NOPH continues to move forward in its mission of providing accessible, quality, and compassionate healthcare to every Negrense.
