Bago ka mag-apply o gumawa ng portfolio,
kailangan malinaw muna saโyo kung paano gumagalaw ang market.
Step 1: Start with research
Alamin mo:
โข Ano ang role ng Virtual Assistant?
โข Ano yung common tasks na pinapagawa ng clients?
โข Ano yung skills na in-demand ngayon?
Simple lang:
Demand = kailangan ng client
Supply = skill na kaya mong ibigay
Dapat nagtutugma โyan.

Pagkatapos mag-research, i-evaluate mo sarili mo:
โข Anong skill ang kaya kong matutunan?
โข Anong skill ang kaya kong paglaanan ng oras para ma-practice?
โข Anong skill ang kaya kong i-offer with confidence?
Hindi mo kailangan maging expert agad.
Ang kailangan mo: willingness to learn + consistency.

Ito ang pinaka critical step.
Tigilan mo na yung:

Reality check:
Clients hire for a SPECIFIC need.
Mas okay na malinaw ang skill mo kaysa sabog ang offer mo.

โข Social Media Management
โข Admin Support (email, calendar, data entry)

โข Basic Graphic Design
โข Funnel / Automation (high-income skill)

โก๏ธ DAY 4โ7: Create proof (kahit beginner ka pa lang)
Hindi mo kailangan ng real client agad.
Ang kailangan mo: may maipakita.
Build:
โข 3โ5 sample outputs
โ IG posts
โ captions
โ email responses
โ simple funnel sample
Then prepare:
โข Simple CV (skills + tools + short intro)
โข Portfolio (Google Drive / Canva / Notion okay na)

Hindi importante kung practice lang โyan.
Importante: kaya mong gawin ang trabaho.

โก๏ธ DAY 8โ14: Optimize profile + start applying
Ayusin mo profile mo (OLJ, Upwork, etc.)
Instead of:
โIโm a hardworking VAโ
Say:
โI help [specific client] achieve [specific result]โ
Example:
โI help online coaches manage their content so they can stay consistent and attract more leads.โ

Application strategy (dito ka dapat seryoso)
Apply 5โ10 jobs every day
Pero:
โ Iwasan ang copy-paste
โ Gawing direct, maikli, at relevant
Basic structure:
1. Identify their problem
2. Offer your solution
3. Show proof (sample/portfolio)

Ito yung phase na pinaka nakaka-discourage:

Lahat dumadaan dito.
Instead na tumigil:

โข Upgrade your samples

Kung tuloy-tuloy ka, magsisimula ka nang makakuha ng:

โข test tasks
Pag nandito ka na:
During interviews:

โข Focus on helping
Example:
โI may not have direct client experience yet, but Iโve created similar work and Iโm willing to learn fast and adapt to your process.โ
