You need to bring along the listed documents on Sunday August 24, 2025 for final screening and interview verification:
1. HD Training Certificate
2. HD-HN Induction Certificate
3. Certificate of Employment
4. PRC updated License
5. PNA Card
Registration Payment - 1,000
Laptop with camera ready, Tablet may do. No cellphone allowed during the exam.

Screening and Interview will start at 8:30am.
