5. Tuna (de lata ukon fresh kung sobra) – naga-taas uric acid kung pirme kaonon.
6. Hipon (shrimp) – seafood nga mataas purines.
7. Alimango / talaba (crab & oysters) – common gout trigger seafood.
8. Processed meat (hotdog, longganisa, corned beef) – may additives kag purines.
