Please be informed that our Second Term will officially start on September 21, 2026 (Monday).

Starting this Second Term, we will be implementing five-day face-to-face classes from Monday to Friday, with NO online classes every Wednesday.

There will also be changes to the class schedules. The teachers will send the updated schedules once they are finalized.

‼️ FROM SUNBITES KITCHEN: there would be additional 2days charge po for everyone—We are sorry for the inconvenience with the changes of charge of the meals as this was announced late and this changes wasn't included in our official school calendar that was provided to us. Additional ₱270 for each students for their wednesday schedule. Thank you po for the continued trust and support.

📢The payment due date for the next month’s cycle falls between the 25th–30th every month about one week before the current month ends.
If you wish to continue your child’s meal subscription, or wanted to upgrade into a meal subscriber—kindly settle payment within this window po.

‼️Please note that there are no holidays in September. As such, only online class days are excluded from the school calendar days (14 days.). Wednesday EXAM schedule only will be included in the count.
Accordingly, the subscription amount for September is ₱1,890

📢Regarding class suspensions po, we would like to kindly reiterate that our meal subscription policy has been communicated beforehand.

Please be advised that class suspensions, absences, or other unforeseen events that are beyond our control are not eligible for refunds, credits, or discounts to be carried over or applied to the following month’s meal subscription cycle.

Payments for the August Meal Subscription are now open, from today until July 30, 5:00 PM. Please settle within this window, as late payments will not be accommodated.

🍱 August Meal Subscription Plan – Payment Reminder

Hi parents! Payment for the August Meal Subscription Plan will be accepted from July 25 to July 30 only. 🗓️

Please note that August has an adjusted school calendar with 15 school days only due to holidays (online classes are not counted), bringing the subscription amount to ₱2,025 for the month.

⚠️ Please settle payment within this window, as we will not be able to accommodate late payments or extensions past July 30. This deadline allows us enough time to finalize enrollments and ensure smooth meal preparation for all students. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding po! 🙏

You may pay via GCash or on-site at the School Canteen and kindly send us a message of the proof of transaction.

If you wish to stop your subscription, kindly let us know as well so we can update your profile and records with us.

Good day po, We'd like to remind everyone that Wednesdays are not included in our meal subscription days, even on weeks with exam schedules. Since we won't be operating on Wednesdays, no meals will be served on that day po.

Good News, Sunbites Parents! 👂🏻

For those who’ve asked for extra time, and parents who’d still like to enroll their child in the JULY MEAL SUBSCRIPTION, we’re opening a short extension window: today until July4, 5:00 PM only. This gives us enough time to prepare for the week ahead, add new subscribers, and print QR IDs before operations begin.

Payment must still be the full original amount of ₱2,430, settled within this time frame — no extensions, to be fair to parents who already paid on time.

Please also expect a slight delay in QR ID release, as we’ll be printing these while the canteen is running full operations. For newly fully paid subscribers who’d like to avail of meals right away but don’t have their QR ID yet, the same process applies — just go to the owner or assigned cashier and give your (child’s) name, as everything is already recorded and updated in the system.
