I shared a small glimpse of something that has been quietly taking shape in my heart for this Mother’s Day.

Today, I want to share the deeper intention behind it. 🤍

There is a kind of love that is constant—steady, giving, and often unspoken.
It is the love of mothers.
And in all that giving, I often find myself returning to one quiet truth:
They rarely pause long enough to receive.
Not just gifts…
but rest.
Stillness.
Care without needing to give anything back.

This year, I felt called to create something different.
A Mother’s Day offering that goes beyond the physical - something intentional, restorative, and deeply nurturing.
A space where she can simply be held, even from afar.

Do you ever look at the mothers and women in your life and wonder how they carry it all?

They give so much of themselves—pouring out love and energy, often running on empty just to make sure everyone else is okay. 🤍

I know what it feels like to be completely depleted. The seed for Alpha Essentials was planted years ago during a profound health crisis—a season that led me to surrender, moving from deep fear into absolute faith.

Through that journey, I was gently led to practices like meditation and Reiki, and later to the grounding support of essential oils. What began as healing for myself slowly unfolded into something deeper—a calling I have felt strongly within my heart, and am now ready to share more openly in service to others.

Every blend I create is a quiet expression of that journey—crafted with love, intention, and prayer, as a way of honoring and sharing the healing I have received.

But lately, I’ve felt a deeper calling to step forward in faith—to go beyond the blends, and to serve in a more intentional and meaningful way.

With Mother’s Day approaching, my heart is especially drawn to the women who need a moment to pause… to rest… to simply receive.
