Bladder neck contracture is a narrowing of the bladder opening caused by scar tissue, leading to a weak urine stream, straining to p*e, and trouble completely emptying the bladder. It most often happens as a complication after prostate surgery or radiation therapy.

⚠️Common Symptoms
1. Weak or slow p*e stream
2. Straining or pushing to start urination
3. Feeling like your bladder is still full
3. Urinary tract infections (UTIs) or bladder stones
4. Urinary retention or total inability to p*e

⚠️Main Causes
1. Past prostate removal surgery (prostatectomy)
2. Surgeries for an enlarged prostate (like TURP)
3. Pelvic radiation therapy
4. Poor blood flow or healing issues at the surgery site

⚠️Treatment Options
1. Urethral dilation: Stretching open the narrowed area using special tools.
2. Endoscopic incision: Cutting the scar tissue through a small scope placed in the tube where p*e comes out.
3. Medications: Using steroid injections or anti-scar medicine like mitomycin C during an procedure to stop scar tissue from returning.
4. Surgery: Open or robot-assisted reconstruction for tough, repeating cases.

🔹 ENDOUROLOGY: Modern Urology Without Large Incisions

Endourology uses minimally invasive techniques to diagnose and treat urinary tract conditions through natural passages or very small incisions.

Common procedures include:
🔹 RIRS / Ureteroscopy – for kidney and ureteral stones
🔹 PCNL – for large or complex kidney stones
🔹 TURP / Endoscopic Prostate Surgery – for enlarged prostate
🔹 Cystoscopy – for evaluation and treatment of bladder conditions
🔹 Endoscopic treatment of ureteral blockage or strictures

✨ Smaller incisions. Less pain. Faster recovery. Earlier return to normal activities.

“There is no 100% guaranteed kidney stone procedure. The best treatment depends on the stone’s size, location, hardness, anatomy of the urinary tract, and the patient’s overall health.”

Every procedure has excellent success rates in the right situation, but none can guarantee complete stone clearance in every patient after a single treatment.

🩺 Nephrostomy Tube Insertion: Relieving Kidney Blockage, Protecting Kidney Function

A nephrostomy tube is a small catheter placed through the skin into the kidney to drain urine when the normal urinary pathway is blocked.

Why is it needed?
✅ Relieves pressure from urine buildup (hydronephrosis)
✅ Helps preserve kidney function
✅ Treats or prevents infection caused by urinary obstruction
✅ Provides temporary drainage before definitive treatment, such as stone removal or management of tumors or ureteral strictures

Nephrostomy tube insertion is a safe, minimally invasive procedure that can provide rapid pain relief and protect your kidneys while the underlying problem is addressed.

If you’re experiencing severe flank pain, fever, or have been diagnosed with a blocked kidney, consult a urologist promptly. Early treatment can help save kidney function.

Male GE***AL WARTS are small growths or bumps that develop on the p***s, sc***um, groin, or around the a**s. They are caused by certain strains of the Human Papillomavirus (HPV), most commonly HPV types 6 and 11.

What do ge***al warts look like?

They may appear as:

* Small flesh-colored, white, or pink bumps
* Single or multiple lesions
* Flat or raised growths
* Cauliflower-like clusters when several warts join together

Symptoms

Many men have no symptoms other than the visible bumps. Some may experience:

* Itching or irritation
* Mild discomfort
* Occasional bleeding if traumatized
* Cosmetic concerns

How is HPV transmitted?

* Sexual contact (vaginal, oral, or a**l s*x)
* Skin-to-skin ge***al contact
* A partner may transmit HPV even without visible warts

Are ge***al warts dangerous?

The HPV types that cause ge***al warts are generally considered low-risk and are different from the HPV types more strongly associated with cancers. However, any new ge***al lesion should be evaluated by a healthcare professional to confirm the diagnosis and rule out other conditions.

Treatment options

Treatment removes visible warts but does not always eliminate the virus completely:

* Prescription topical medications
* Cryotherapy (freezing)
* Electrocautery
* Laser treatment
* Surgical excision

Prevention

* Condom use (reduces but does not completely eliminate risk)
