🎉 That’s a wrap for Week 1 of Mental Health Awareness Month!💙

What an incredible start! Throughout the week, our Mental Health Awareness Booth, illuminated in blue light, was filled with fun, interactive games and good vibes for all KCPians, all thanks to the dedication of our amazing KCPeer Facilitators! 🙌✨

Just this morning, we hosted our Mental Health Symposium at the Ebenizer Convention Center. Our college students learned insightful ways to care for their minds through three empowering sessions:

🌱 Building Healthy Coping Skills for Everyday Stress

❤️ Understanding Mental Health: Caring for the Mind and Emotions

A big thank you to everyone who joined, participated, and helped keep our venue clean with our "My Trash, My Responsibility" effort! 🧹💙 ✨
The journey doesn't end here! Stay tuned for more fun booth activities next week. Make sure to visit us at the Building D Lobby!

Happy National Teachers’ Day!

Today, we celebrate the teachers who do more than teach lessons—they inspire, encourage, guide, and believe in their students. ❤️

Thank you for your patience when learning gets difficult, your kindness when students need understanding, and your dedication even on the most challenging days. Your words can build confidence, your guidance can shape dreams, and your presence can make a lasting difference in a student’s life.

To all our amazing teachers, thank you for being a source of knowledge, strength, and inspiration. Your work may not always be easy, but the impact you make lasts a lifetime. ✨

Happy National Teachers’ Day! You are appreciated, valued, and deeply celebrated today and always. 💙

Together, we’re creating a safer, more supportive, and mentally healthy community here at King's College of the Philippines. Thank you to everyone who participated and made this training a success! ✨

Good morning, Wednesday!

A little reminder for today:

Whatever this Wednesday brings, keep going. You are doing better than you think. ✨

Have a meaningful and wonderful Wednesday! 💙

You don’t have to carry your story alone.

Sometimes, what we need most is someone who will simply listen—without judgment, without pressure, and with care.

The Wellness and Counseling Center is here with open ears and a listening heart. Whether you’re going through something difficult, feeling overwhelmed, or simply need someone to talk to, your story matters, and you deserve to be heard. 💜

It’s okay to reach out. It’s okay to talk. It’s okay to ask for help. ✨
