According to the World Health Organization (WHO), Everyone older than 10 years of age should also aim for a daily intake of at least 25 grams of naturally-occurring dietary fibre as found in foods, with lesser amounts for children under 10: at least 15 or 21 grams for children 2โ5 or 6โ9 years of age, respectively.
There are two (2) main types of Fibre: Soluble Fibre and Insoluble Fibre. Soluble Fibre is the fibre contained in one of the Lifestyles products, FibreLife.
According to the Mayo Clinic (2025) and European Food Information Council (2020), consuming Dietary Fibre may reduce the risk for constipation, heart diseases, diabetes, promote healthy weight management, healthy bowel, and lower cholesterol levels.
Lifestylesโ FibreLife can help bridge the gap of the Fibre deficiency in your current lifestyle to make you live better every day.
However, it is important to note that FibreLife should not be the sole source of Fibre in your diet as it is not made to fully cover the required daily intake; It only acts as a support. Your main source of fibre should come from the food you include in your diet.
