With so many things to do at home, I have to make sure I am able to “feed” my family with something healthy and nutritious that’s quick to prepare. So here’s what I cooked for lunch today. It only took 10 minutes to prepare - mas matagal pa maghimay ng malunggay!

Ingredients:
chicken stock
vegetable noodles
lobster balls
scallops
malunggay from our backyard
oyster mushroom from our growing house

No matter what part of the day you eat them, crispy mushrooms are sure to satisfy your palate (and you might even crave for more!), especially if the mushrooms are cooked as soon as they are delivered fresh right at your doorstep. 😋🍄
