As the end of the holy month of Ramadan is fast approaching, it is not yet too late to maximize our remaining time in this holy month do good things.

The department of Family and Community Medicine in partnership with BRHMC-OPD, took the opportunity to serve and provide charity work through free iftar to identified Muslim youths and orphans near our beloved Bangsamoro Regional Hospital and Medical Center.

The department believes that community outreach is not only providing medical services but also through charity work in line with the community's religious values and beliefs, thereby reestablishing rapport with the community and a simple gesture that we are with them not only during illness but also during in state of good health as well.

Happy Ramadan to everyone and may we continue to do good even if Ramadan 2026 has already concluded.
