๐ Before you give your child instant noodles, think twice.
Instant noodles are convenient, but they shouldnโt become a regular part of a childโs diet.
Many varieties are:
โข High in sodium, which can make it easy for children to exceed recommended intake
โข Low in fiber, compared with minimally processed carbohydrate sources
โข Low in protein and several essential micronutrients
โข Highly processed and often less nutrient-dense than a balanced, whole-food meal.
Eating them frequently can displace more nutritious foods your child needs for growth, development, and overall health.
Choose real, nourishing meals more often like rice, eggs, fish, meat, vegetables, fruits, beans, and other minimally processed foods. ๐ฅ๐ฅฌ๐๐
Convenience should never replace nutrition.
Feed their growth. Feed their future. ๐
