Dear valued customers,

Thank you very much for your continued support.

We would like to inform you that the arrival and release of some products are currently taking longer than usual.

The products have already arrived in the Philippines. However, due to heavy air cargo congestion at Manila International Airport, there are delays in cargo sorting, warehouse handling, and customs-related procedures.

The situation has also been affected by temporary customs system interruptions, airport renovation works, and the temporary closure of some cargo facilities, which have caused a higher volume of shipments to be processed through limited warehouse capacity.

We are closely coordinating with the relevant parties and monitoring the release schedule. Once the products become available for pull-out, we will proceed with the necessary arrangements as quickly as possible.

We sincerely apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Thank you.

🦷✨ The most meaningful part of the evening wasn’t only the lecture — it was the questions.

On June 19, 2026, BioGaia Philippines hosted BioGaia Academy for the dentists and clinic team of Valeria Doctors at Discovery Suites Manila.

Held over dinner, the session created a warm and focused space for learning, discussion, and practical exchange about oral probiotics, the oral microbiome, and how science can be translated into real patient care. 🍽️🔬

We were honored to welcome Dr. Patricia Suiza, owner and dentist of Valeria Doctors, together with the Valeria Doctors dentists and clinic staff.

🎤 The session was led by Dr. Jane E. Acosta, BioGaia Philippines’ official speaker, who shared insights on:

✅ why the oral microbiome matters
✅ how probiotics may fit into daily oral care
✅ the relevance of Limosilactobacillus reuteri
✅ practical ways to explain BioGaia® Prodentis® to patients
✅ patient communication and adherence tips

🙏 Our sincere thanks to Dr. Patricia Suiza and the entire Valeria Doctors team for the warm welcome, active participation, and continued trust in BioGaia.

Through BioGaia Academy, we will continue supporting dental professionals with science-based education on probiotics, oral health, and practical clinical use.

🦷✨ BioGaia Philippines x UPDAA MeetUP

On May 13, 2026, BioGaia Philippines was honored to sponsor the UPDAA alumni lunch meet-up, “MeetUP: Ugnayan at Pagkikita” at Lola Cafe, S’ Maison 🤝🍽️

We were delighted to meet more than 40 UPDAA members and academic leaders—including many faculty members from UP, UE, NU and other respected universities. The event also marked a meaningful milestone, as UPDAA shared that this gathering was held again after around 10 years. 🎓👏

🎤 Short Talk: “What are probiotics?”
Mr. Keita Nomura from BioGaia Japan delivered an introduction focusing on:
✅ what probiotics really are (definition matters)
✅ why CFU alone is not enough
✅ why strain identity and evidence matter
✅ safety considerations
✅ oral health is about microbial balance 🧬

🎯 To make it interactive, we also ran a probiotics trivia quiz, and winners received a small prize—our BioGaia Prodentis logo plush! 🧸🏆

Thank you, UPDAA, for the warm welcome—and thank you to everyone who joined and connected with us. 🙏
