healthy lunch or dinner idea
-sinigang na yellow fin tuna - fried in olive oil with ginger less salt
(fry ko muna with ginger pra mawala ung lansa)
-half cup of steamed rice
-more sinigang veggies
-2 slice ripe papaya
*higop muna sabaw bes pra mabusog ka agad =)
