[๐‘ฐ๐‘ต ๐‘ท๐‘ฏ๐‘ถ๐‘ป๐‘ถ๐‘บ] With utmost pride and appreciation, we celebrate another milestone in the successful implementation of PuroKalusugan activity in Upper Pulangi District, Barangay Indalaza. As of June 9, 2026, the program has reached 1,877 accomplishments out of the 2,095 target population, achieving a remarkable 89.5% coverage.

With this accomplishment, the district has officially completed its PuroKalusugan Profiling activities, reflecting the collective commitment of partnered agencies toward advancing community health and wellness. This achievement was made possible through the leadership of Dr. Kim T. Luardo, Medical Officer IV, together with the dedicated City Health Office team and representatives from the Assessorโ€™s Office, PhilHealth, City Social Welfare and Development Office, Philippine Statistics Authority, and the HRH Malaybalay team.

The team also extends its heartfelt gratitude to Brgy. Captain Hon. Erwen J. Sunog, Hon. Jesseca B. Dacion, Kagawad on Health, our committed RHMs, BHWs, BNS, BSPO and BSI volunteers, Sangguniang Barangay Council, Purok Leaders, JOs, BPSOs, and most especially the residents of Barangay Indalaza for their unwavering support, cooperation, and trust throughout the activity.

Once again, we congratulate these remarkable achievements of Barangay Indalaza and to all barangays of the Upper Pulangi District! Together, we continue to strengthen healthier communitiesโ€”one household, one purok, and one barangay at a time.

[๐‘ฐ๐‘ต ๐‘ท๐‘ฏ๐‘ถ๐‘ป๐‘ถ๐‘บ] The Malaybalay-RHMPP participated in the Family Planning Update, enhancing their knowledge and capacity to provide quality reproductive health services in their respective communities.

The activity featured Family Planning updates from Ma. Rica C. Raguro, RN, MAN, Nurse IV, and Maโ€™am Arlene Orotan, RM, who shared valuable information and guidance to support effective and responsive service delivery.

A special highlight of the session was the discussion on Cervical Cancer Awareness by Dr. Ann Michelle Go, emphasizing the importance of prevention, early detection, and regular screening in promoting womenโ€™s health.

In addition, Dr. Kim T. Luardo shared valuable insights on data collection and management, highlighting the importance of accurate and timely data in planning, monitoring, and improving health programs and services.

The activity reflects the continued commitment of RHMPPs to professional growth, evidence-based practice, and excellence in serving individuals, families, and communities through quality healthcare services.

[๐‘ฐ๐‘ต ๐‘ท๐‘ฏ๐‘ถ๐‘ป๐‘ถ๐‘บ] Despite the challenges brought by heavy rains, the unwavering dedication, teamwork, and commitment of everyone involved led to another successful implementation of the Malaybalay City PuroKalusugan Program in Barangay Zamboanguita. This accomplishment was made possible through the leadership and support of Brgy. Captain Hon. Pio Q. Masipequina, together with Hon. Felipe L. Salihay, Kagawad on Health, and the dedicated Rural Health Midwife, Maโ€™am Chona S. Alonzo, with the bayanihan and support of the Upper District RHMs.

We are also deeply honored by the presence and support of Dr. Fritz Dominick B. Montemayor, DMO IV and OIC Head of PDOHO Bukidnon, and Dr. Jude Rey C. Pagaling of the City Health Officeโ€“Malaybalay, who joined and inspired the team during the PuroKalusugan activity in Barangay Zamboanguita, Malaybalay City.

[๐‘ฐ๐‘ต ๐‘ท๐‘ฏ๐‘ถ๐‘ป๐‘ถ๐‘บ] With great pride and gratitude, we celebrate the continuous success of the Malaybalay Cityโ€™s PuroKalusugan implementation held in Upper Pulangi District Barangay St. Peter, reaching 2,401 accomplishments out of the 2,789 target population, with an overall coverage of 86.09% as of May 26, 2026.

This achievement became possible through
The City Health Office (CHO) team was headed by Dr. Kim T. Luardo, Medical Officer IV. Together with representatives from the City Health Office, Assessorโ€™s Office, PhilHealth, City Social Welfare and Development Office, and Philippine Statistics Authority, and the HRH Malaybalay team.

The team would like to extend its sincerest gratitude for the strong support and dedication of Brgy. Captain Hon. Domingo D. Hingpit, together with Hon. Joy Latras, Kagawad on Health, and our dedicated RHMs, Maโ€™am Jewel May J. Hingpit and Maโ€™am Rowena J.
