The 30th Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) and Anterior Skull Base Course is happening on October 16–18, 2026!

Join us for online and face-to-face lectures by specialists in Rhinology, Anterior Skull Base Surgery, and Neurosurgery, followed by a 2-day hands-on cadaver dissection.

This is a PBO-HNS required course. Limited slots available.

This event is hosted by the UP-PGH Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, Division of Rhinology, Paranasal Sinus, and Anterior Skull Base Surgery, in collaboration with the Department of Neurosciences, Division of Neurosurgery, and the UP College of Medicine, Department of Anatomy.

UPCM PGH FESS and Anterior Skull Base Course 2025 Day 1

Day 1 of our FESS and Anterior Skull Base course started with a series of lectures on nasal, paranasal sinus, and anterior skull base anatomy, as well as on surgical techniques in FESS, septoplasty, turbinoplasty, and skull base surgery.

In the afternoon, participants took their learning further with hands-on dissection with thiel cadavers, guided by our esteemed consultant facilitators.

The University of the Philippines- Philippine General Hospital Department of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery, Division of Rhinology, Paranasal Sinus, and Anterior Skullbase Surgery, along with the Department of Neurosciences, Division of Neurosurgery, and the University of the Philippines College of Medicine, Department of Anatomy, warmly invites you to join us in this year's FESS and Anterior Skullbase Course, happening on October 17-19, 2025.

The PGH Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, along with the Department of Neurosciences Division of Neurosurgery and the UPCM Division of Anatomy held the 𝟐𝟖𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲: 𝐔𝐏𝐂𝐌 𝐅𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐤𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 last October 18-20, 2024 at the UP-PGH Ward 10 Conference Room and UPCM Dualan laboratory.
