The program brought together PGIs, consultants, and hospital leaders in a shared commitment to strengthen leadership competencies and cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Congratulations to Mr. Paul Camangian, our President & CEO, on his appointment as one of the new Cluster CEOs of Metro Pacific Health.

This appointment comes as part of the ongoing reorganization of the hospital group, following the rapid growth of hospitals within the network. With the expansion, the new leadership structure aims to strengthen operational support and ensure more effective management across hospitals.

With this appointment, Mr. Camangian will now oversee a total of three MPH hospitals under Northwest NCR cluster further reinforcing its commitment to delivering accessible, quality, and compassionate healthcare to more communities.

Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital held PeoPAUL’s Kamustahan on April 28 and 29, 2026, bringing together the President and CEO, Sir Paul Camangian, and newly hired members of the Nursing Services Division.

The session served as a warm welcome for new hires, giving them the opportunity to learn more about the hospital, gain a clearer understanding of its values, culture, and direction, and get to know Sir Paul as well.
