Some people think that drugs are just simple medicines to calm down or pass the time. In science, a drug is any chemical ingredient that changes how our mind, emotions, and body work. But in real life, when it is abused, it is not a medicineโit is a trap.
You only need to try it once, and the course of your world can change. On the first try, it might bring fake happiness or a temporary escape from problems. But the cost of this is damage to the brain, destruction of body organs, severe depression, and a loss of self-control. It consumes your dreams, family, and future until you become a slave to addiction.
How can we avoid this?
It starts with choosing the right group of friends who have a good influence. Learn to say "NO" when someone offers, no matter how intense the pressure from your surroundings. Let us pour our energy into positive things like sports, art, studying, or meaningful hobbies. Above all, learn to ask for help from family or experts when problems become heavy, because drugs will never be the answer.
"Real strength lies in reaching for dreams, not in holding onto chemicals to numb the face of the future. Do not let a single second of trying become a lifetime of regret."
