Bilang bahagi ng layunin para sa “Global Elimination of Preventable Blindness in the Philippines,” muling ilulunsad ang libreng Medical Surgical Outreach Program para sa mga residente ng Narra at karatig bayan.

Kabilang sa mga serbisyong handog ay libreng check-up sa mata, eye treatment, at operasyon sa mata, biometric procedures, at operasyon para sa mga kaso ng alis bukol, breast mass, lumps, humps, bumps, at iba pang kaugnay na kondisyon.

Ang programang ito ay bunga ng pagtutulungan ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Narra, Provincial Government ng Palawan sa pamamagitan ng Narra Municipal Hospital, Rotary Club of Narra at iba’t iba pang medical organizations, foundations at mga katuwang na institusyon upang makapaghatid ng libreng serbisyong medical sa mamamayan.
