Physical Assessment Schedule is available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the College Clinic.

In observance of the Philippine Independence Day, declared as a regular holiday, the college clinic will be closed tomorrow. Will resume on June 15, Monday.

Important Reminder:
Before proceeding to the clinic, kindly go first to the Assessment Room (usually Room 109 or Room 123) for the proper queuing and line management. Once your turn is called, you may then proceed to the GC Clinic (Room 120) for your Physical Assessment and release of Medical Certificate for Enrollment.

Ang Physical Assessment ay isinasagawa Lunes hanggang Biyernes, mula 8:00 AM hanggang 5:00 PM, sa College Clinic.

🟢 Mahalagang Paalala:
Bago magtungo sa Clinic, dumaan muna sa Assessment Room (karaniwang Room 109 o Room 123) para sa maayos na pagkuha ng pila at assessment. Kapag tinawag, maaari na kayong magtungo sa GC Clinic (Room 120) para sa inyong Physical Assessment at pagkuha ng Medical Certificate for Enrollment.

Hinihikayat ang lahat ng estudyante na sundin ang tamang proseso upang matiyak ang maayos na daloy ng assessment.

ANUNSYO PARA SA MGA PAPASOK NA GC STUDENTS Academic Year 2026–2027

Ipinapaalam sa lahat ng mga papasok na GC students para sa Academic Year 2026–2027 na tayo ay magsisimula nang gumamit ng online system para sa inyong Medical/Physical Assessment.

Maaaring ma-access ng mga estudyante ang appointment website sa pamamagitan ng link na nasa ibaba:

Sa pamamagitan ng website na ito, maaaring gumawa ng kanilang profile ang mga estudyante at magtakda ng appointment schedule para sa kanilang Medical/Physical Assessment.

Mangyaring tandaan na ang paggamit ng website na ito ay kasalukuyang nasa TESTING PHASE LAMANG. Kaugnay nito, ang system ay para LAMANG sa mga papasok na estudyante para sa Academic Year 2026–2027.

Bukod dito, TANGING mga estudyanteng may kumpleto nang laboratory results lamang ang maaaring gumamit ng appointment system sa ngayon habang patuloy pang sinusubukan, pinapabuti, at sinusuri ang platform upang maging mas maayos at episyente ang assessment process para sa lahat.

Kami po ay taos-pusong humihingi ng inyong pang-unawa, pasensya, at buong kooperasyon habang isinasagawa ang testing phase na ito.
