Early on, I wanted to accept all cases.

I thought being broad meant more patients.

But broad messaging confuses patients.

Who do I serve best?
What problem do I solve clearly?

Features don’t attract patients. Benefits do.

I used to say:
“By appointment.”
“Online payments.”
“24-hour access.”

I wanted patients to see how modern and organized my clinic was.

But patients weren’t reacting.

Because I was speaking doctor language —
not patient language.

I reframed everything.

Instead of “By appointment,”
I said: “No long waiting hours.”

Instead of “Online payment,”
“Hassle-free consults.”

Instead of “24-hour access,”
“Peace of mind anytime.”

People connect to outcomes.

Always ask:
“WIIFM — What’s in it for them?”
