This Halloween, let’s have fun while making a difference! Join us for a night of spooky fun, drinks, and fellowship as we come together to help restore the smiles of cleft patients. 💙

This World Osteoporosis Day, the Parañaque Dental Chapter, Inc. joins the call to raise awareness of osteoporosis prevention, early diagnosis, and treatment. As we age, caring for our bones becomes even more important to help preserve our mobility, independence, and quality of life.

As dental professionals, we recognize the importance of calcium in maintaining strong bones and teeth. Peace begins with the choices we make every day, in the words we speak, the way we listen, and how we treat one another, especially when we disagree.

As we observe the International Day of Nonviolence this October 2, 2026, the Parañaque Dental Chapter, Inc. encourages everyone to choose compassion over cruelty, dialogue over conflict, and understanding over judgment. Nonviolence calls us to recognize every person’s dignity, speak up against harm, and resolve differences with patience and respect.

Even a small act of kindness, a willingness to hear someone’s story, or the courage to stand beside someone who needs support can help create a community where people feel safe, valued, and heard. Drink and Eat Smart to Smile Smart Project Launched! 🦷✨

We’re excited to launch the “Drink Smart to Smile Smart” Project, an initiative promoting good oral health habits among teachers and students in Parañaque City.

Through this project, teachers are equipped with proper toothbrushing techniques and encouraged to choose water over sugary drinks. More importantly, we aim to empower teachers with knowledge they can share with their students about the importance of oral health, healthy food choices, and drinking water.

Because healthy habits start with the right knowledge—and smart choices today lead to healthier smiles tomorrow! 💙🦷💧
