On 19 May 2026, the Regional Nutrition Evaluation Team โ€“ National Capital Region (RNET-NCR) conducted the Monitoring and Evaluation of Local Level Plan Implementation (MELLPI) Pro visit and Operation Timbang Plus (OPT Plus) Data Quality Check at Selah Pods Hotel, Pasay City.

MELLPI Pro is an annual assessment mechanism that evaluates the effectiveness of local nutrition program management and implementation. It assesses the functionality of Local Nutrition Focal Points (LNFPs), the delivery of nutrition services, and the overall performance of local government units in implementing nutrition programs.

As part of the evaluation process, the RNET-NCR conducted desk reviews and interview sessions with the cityโ€™s Local Nutrition Focal Points (LNFPs), namely City Nutrition Action Officer (CNAO) Tiong Eng Roland Tan, City Nutrition Program Coordinator (CNPC) Elizabeth Angat, and outstanding Barangay Nutrition Scholar (BNS) Dyrell Borillo. The activity also gathered members of the City Nutrition Committee (CNC), reflecting Pasay Cityโ€™s strong inter-agency collaboration and commitment to advancing local nutrition governance and program implementation.

Pasay City Mayor Imelda โ€œEmiโ€ Calixto-Rubiano likewise conveyed her message of support for the activity and the cityโ€™s nutrition initiatives through a phone patch.

Present during the visit were Regional Nutrition Program Coordinator (RNPC) Milagros Elisa Federizo, NO II Samantha Claire More, PDO I Charlene Malabanan of NNC-NCR, RNET Vice-Chair Rolando Yu of Rise Against Hunger Philippines, Ms. Liza Ross Ferrancullo of MMDA, Mr. Aisia David De Guzman of NFP, and Mr. Marlon Clyde Camilon of DILG-NCR.

Ang ๐—›๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฎ ay isang namamanang sakit na dulot ng kakulangan sa mga clotting factors sa dugo. Maging mapagmatyag sa mga sumusunod na sintomas:

โ€ผ๏ธMatinding pagdurugo tuwing nagkakasugat
โ€ผ๏ธHindi maipaliwanag na mga bukol o hematoma
โ€ผ๏ธPagdurugo ng ilong o gilagid
โ€ผ๏ธHindi normal na pagdurugo sa tueing matuturukan
โ€ผ๏ธPagkakaroon ng dugo sa dumi o ihi

Mahalaga ang maagang pagsusuri upang maiwasan ang seryosong komplikasyon. Kung may kasaysayan ng Hemophilia sa pamilya o may nararanasang sintomas, agad na magpakonsulta sa Health Center.

Ang pagdurugo na hindi normal ay may dahilan, alamin at kumilos agad bago lumala.
