At last, Jose is discharged from the hospital after 9 days! 🙌

Right after getting medical clearance from all his doctors last July 20, we faced another scare — Jose vomitted blood again and passed dark red liquid stools for two days. He had to undergo another EGD and receive more blood transfusions — 8 bags in total. His hemoglobin even dropped to 64, lower than the 75 he had when we first rushed him to the hospital last June 16.

But even in the midst of these trials, we experienced God’s faithfulness in so many ways — through healing, provision, and the people He used to help us in every step.

And just before going home, another challenge came our way. We found our car interior full of mold 😩 and smoke came out of the hood when we started it. Yet again, God sent help!

Then, upon arriving home, we discovered the elevator was broken — but thank God for the kind guards who carried Jose up to our floor. 🙏

We’re deeply grateful to everyone who has been covering Jose in prayer, and to those who visited us — your presence truly lifted his spirits and brought so much encouragement. 💛

Please continue praying with us as he recovers.

Pray. Believe. Rejoice. 💛

(semi-long post ahead)

Trials are opportunities to witness just how limitless God's grace and power truly are.

On July 16 at 3:42 AM, Jose woke up thirsty, drenched in cold sweat, and feeling like he was about to vomit. As I was looking for his antacid, he did throw up.

With the lights off so our daughter wouldn’t wake, I quietly cleaned up—and then noticed something alarming: his vomit was red and had traces of blood!

Trying to stay calm, I didn’t tell Jose about the blood. I didn’t want him to panic or risk a spike in his blood pressure. Instead, I simply told him I would rush him to the hospital.

He then said he felt like he needed to go to the bathroom, but when he tried to get up, he became dizzy and had to lie back down.

I hurried to get the car but paused—and asked the Lord whether I should call for an ambulance. I heard a still, small voice say, “Call.” So I did.

While waiting, I checked Jose’s blood pressure. It was 89/66. When the paramedics arrived 30 minutes later, it had dropped even lower—to 70/40! They quickly attended to him and brought him to the hospital.

At the ER, they administered shots to raise his BP, but they didn’t work. The doctor immediately ordered a blood transfusion of 2 bags. The next day, during dialysis and after an EGD procedure, his hemoglobin dropped again—so another 2 bags of blood were given.

The EGD revealed multiple wounds in his intestine—explaining the continuous internal bleeding and low BP.

For three days, he was only allowed general liquids. But praise God, the doctor finally allowed him to eat solid food again!

He’s still under close monitoring, but with the improvements so far, we are hopeful and confident that healing is coming.

We sincerely thank everyone who has prayed and continues to pray for Jose. We’re deeply grateful to the doctors, nurses, our families and friends, and the C3 Pasig Emergency Response Team for their swift response and care.

The Lord has truly shown us again that He never fails. He makes a way—always.

Pray. Believe. Rejoice.

It’s a Happy Father’s Day indeed! 🙌❤️

After more than half a month of being confined in the hospital, Jose is finally home today! 🎉

We praise the Lord for carrying us through every step of this journey — from the emergency ambulance ride to the countless tests (X-ray, CT Scan, MRI, ECG, Andiogram, and more) and ultimately, the spine surgery. 🙏

We are beyond grateful to everyone whom the Lord touched to help us — through prayers, encouragement, financial support, or simply being there. You’ve blessed us more than words can say, and we pray that God blesses you a hundredfold. 💖

Jose still needs to wear a brace and undergo physical therapy to regain his strength and walk safely again, but we believe with all our hearts that he will get better soon — by God’s amazing grace.

Pray. Believe. Rejoice. 💫

Once again, we humbly ask for your help and prayers, dear friends.

Jose has been in the hospital for five days now, undergoing a series of tests—X-rays, CT scan, ultrasound, MRI, and more. Today, we received the results: the MRI revealed a fracture in one of his vertebrae, which explains the intense cramps he feels starting from his back and radiating to his stomach.

His condition has become even more difficult. The fracture severely limits his movement—even a simple burp or cough causes excruciating cramps. He can’t sit or move freely; he must remain lying down to manage the pain.

Doctors explained that his bones have softened due to long-term dialysis—something common for patients like him. They’ve strongly advised immediate spine surgery. If delayed, his condition could worsen and, God forbid, lead to paralysis.

The surgery is urgent but costly—over half a million pesos—and we honestly don’t know how to raise that amount in such a short time. It’s overwhelming, but I believe with all my heart that the Lord will provide.

Please keep Jose in your prayers. If you're able, any form of help—prayers, shares, or support—means the world to us right now.

Thank you and God bless you all.

We praise God for the people He sent to help Jose — the doctors, nurses, medical techs, nurse assistants, our families, relatives, friends, guards, and everyone else!

He's finally been discharged from the hospital. While he's not fully recovered yet, we are praying that he will be well soon. 🙏

He was confined for almost a week after his condition last Wednesday put him at high risk for a heart attack, according to the doctor. They conducted several tests, including ECG, 2D Echo, X-ray, CBC, Troponin I, hemoglobin culture, and MRI, as he was feeling dizzy, weak, and nauseous.

Prayerfully, after almost a week, Jose is feeling better and has been cleared by the nephrologist, cardiologist, and neurologist.

Thank you so much to everyone who prayed with us.

May the Lord continue to bless all of you! 🙂

(semi-long post)

So ito na, with the doctor's clearance sa left arm na tinanggalan ng blood clots last May, sinubukan na itong gamitin sa dialysis (since may bruit na kaso mahina) sa papasok na dugo kaya at least daw ay malinis na ang papasok kaso hindi gumana kaya proceed kami sa next step.

Pinag-decide kami whether graft ang ilalagay or permcath pero susubukan pa rin daw i-ultrasound ang right arm if possible pa for AV fistula.

Maraming salamat nga pala sa mga nagdasal para kay Jose. 😘

Please support our t-shirt-for-a-cause again. We're back to zero po sa aming fund-raising gawa ng mga unforseen events na nagdaan. 🫣
