For years, I've been studying the biology of human flourishing through biohacking, neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and relationship science. Along the way, a simple truth kept revealing itself.

Vitality has never existed in isolation.

This realization became Kinship Renewal™ and the foundation of the Laws of Vitality™.
