One Week Later—and the Momentum Continues
It is hard to believe that a full week has already passed since the PSVIR 2026 Annual Convention, where HIMEX Corporation and Canon Inc., Global Medical Business proudly presented our luncheon symposium, “A New Era of Precision IR with Angio-CT.”
The symposium offered delegates a compelling look at the future of interventional radiology through the Canon Alphenix 4D CT—an integrated Angio-CT solution that brings angiography and CT together in one room, on one shared patient table.
For procedures requiring CT guidance, including Y-90 radioembolization, TACE, ablation, complex embolization, and other advanced interventions, this integrated workflow can eliminate the time and complexity of transferring patients between separate imaging systems. Selected CT-guided workflow steps that may traditionally require 45 minutes to an hour can potentially be completed in as little as 5–10 minutes, enabling physicians to diagnose, treat, and verify with greater efficiency, precision, and confidence.
