“Loving others starts with mindfulness and respect for the rights of others. We dignify others if we do not use, abuse or manipulate them. Let us stop hurting others in our thoughts, in our words, and in our deeds. On a more positive note, let us keep going the 'extra mile' and keep going the 'extra smile,' especially to the lost, the least, and the last among us.”

Important pregnancy tests and checks!

Even if you feel great, some health problems don’t show obvious symptoms. That’s why prenatal tests are so important!

Expect:
📸 Ultrasound – See your baby’s growth!
🩸 Blood & urine tests – Check for infections & anaemia
🔬 Blood pressure & glucose screening – Prevent complications
🤰🏾 Regular baby monitoring – Ensure a safe delivery

Every test is a step toward a healthy pregnancy. Work with your health worker to ensure you get the care you need, when you need it. 💕
