Yesterday, September 8th, we celebrated the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary.🌹
I might be a day late in posting my greetings online, but I know so many of you have already filled Messenger, FB, and IG with prayers and love for her.
Still, regardless of the date, every day is a beautiful reminder to honor her, remember her, and ask for her intercession. May she continue to pray for us and lead us closer to our Lord Jesus Christ. 🙏 🙏 🙏

Ung akala mo ay ang galing-galing mo.
Ung akala mo ay bilib silang lahat sau -- sa talino mo, sa mga ginagawa mo, o sa mga contributions mo.
Ung akala mo ay angat ka sa kanila.
Hindi pala.
Nag-iisa ka pala.
Hindi ka pala nila kasama.
Iniiwan ka pala nila sa kainan.
Umiiwas pala sila sau.
Ayaw ka pala nilang kausap.

Iba pala ang iniisip mo sa totoong nangyayari.
Iba pala ang paniniwala mo sa paniniwala nila.

Ngayon, nalulungkot ka.
Wala ka kasing kausap.
Wala ka palang totoong kaibigan.
Lumalapit lang pala sila sau kasi madali kang tumulong. Madali kang mauto. Madali kang maniwala.

At pag tapos na sila sau, Hindi ka na naman kinakausap. Hindi ka na naman kailangan. Napakadali lang pala ang gawain nila sa ibinibigay mong tulong sa kanila.

Asa ka pa talaga.

Ganunpaman, dahil malakas ang personalidad mo, kaya mo mag-isa.
Kaya mong kumain mag-isa.
Kaya mong gumawa mag-isa.
Kaya mong umuwing mag-isa.
Hindi mo rin sila kailangan.

At maging masaya ka dahil Kaya mo yan. Smile ka na lang!!!

Maraming klase talaga ng BULLYING sa Workplace. Hindi nawawala yan kahit saang trabaho. Hindi man ang boss mo, pwedeng ung nasa katabing mesa lang, or nasa kabilang counter. Minsan nga kahit mas mababa sau ang position kaya kang i-BULLY! Kaya huwag masyadong mabait!!! Labanan mo basta't nasa katwiran ka. At pag below the belt na, ibang kaso na yun. Kasuhan mo na!!!
