This meaningful program aimed to empower and educate the community of Brgy. Damayang Lagi through essential knowledge and hands-on skills in basic vital signs monitoring and first aid awareness. From learning how to properly check blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate to understanding immediate responses during emergencies, every moment was filled with purpose, compassion, and growth. ❤️‍🩹

Seeing the active participation, eagerness to learn, and smiles of our participants truly made this event worthwhile. It is a reminder that even simple knowledge can save lives and create a safer, healthier community. 🌱
