In line with its ongoing dedication to community engagement, the UERM Department of Family and Community Medicine, together with the UERM Community Extension and Social Action Unit, successfully conducted its Diabetes and Hypertension Club initiative, “Iwas Diabetes at Altapresyon Para sa Perfectong Kalusugan,” on February 24, 2026, at Barangay San Perfecto, San Juan City. Ending the UERM Medical Center 66th Hospital Foundation Anniversary on a meaningful note 💙💛

Last January 10, 2026, families from the community were welcomed for a Well Family Check; because caring goes beyond the patient, it extends to the whole family.

Through the collaboration of the UERM Department of Family and Community Medicine and the UERM Department of Ophthalmology, families received wellness consultations, free eye check-ups, reading glasses, and eyedrops; all towards a happier and healthier community.
