Heavenly Father,

As this day comes to an end, I come before You with a grateful heart. Thank You for Your love, mercy, and faithfulness that carried us through today. I surrender all my worries, fears, and burdens into Your loving hands.

Lord, I especially lift up Baby Jacob to You. Please surround him with Your healing power and loving presence. Strengthen his little body, protect him through the night, ease every discomfort, and continue to guide the hands and wisdom of every doctor, nurse, and therapist caring for him. Let each new day bring him closer to complete healing, renewed strength, and joyful milestones.

Father, I also pray for every sick child, especially the little baby warriors who are bravely fighting illness. Comfort them in their pain, give their families hope and courage, and bless them with healing according to Your perfect will. May they feel Your love, peace, and protection every moment.

Please remember all those who are sick, suffering, lonely, or discouraged. Touch them with Your healing hands, restore their health, strengthen their faith, and remind them that they are never alone because You are always with them.

Protect my family and loved ones as we sleep tonight. Fill our home with Your peace, surround us with Your holy angels, and grant us restful sleep so that we may wake tomorrow with renewed strength to glorify You.

We place our complete trust in You, Lord, believing that nothing is impossible for You.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray.

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for Your love, guidance, and blessings throughout this day. As we close our eyes tonight, fill our hearts with Your peace and keep our family safe in Your loving care.

We lift up every child who is sick, especially our little warriors. Please grant them healing, strength, and comfort, and give their parents hope and courage each day.

Watch over us as we sleep, renew our strength, and help us wake tomorrow with grateful hearts, ready to follow Your will.

Hindi madali ang bawat therapy session ni Jacob Elijah Story Hydrocephalus , pero bawat maliit na progreso ay isang malaking tagumpay. ❤️

Isa sa mga laban niya ngayon ay ang swallowing therapy isang hakbang para balang araw ay makakain at makainom siya nang mas ligtas at mas maayos.

Patuloy lang ang laban, baby Jacob. Hindi man mabilis ang iyong pag-unlad, bawat araw ay isang hakbang palapit sa iyong mga pangarap.

Maraming salamat sa lahat ng patuloy na nagdarasal at sumusuporta sa aming munting baby warrior. 🙏💙

Bilang isang magulang, walang katumbas ang saya kapag nakikita mong unti-unting naaabot ng anak mo ang bawat milestone.

Si Baby Jacob Elijah Story Hydrocephalus ay ipinanganak na may hydrocephalus, kaya mas mabigat ang kanyang ulo kumpara sa ibang bata. Dahil dito, ang simpleng pagtaas ng ulo habang nakadapa na para sa iba ay normal lang ay isang napakalaking hamon para sa kanya.

Pero ngayon, sa wakas... naitaas na niya ang kanyang ulo sa unang pagkakataon. ❤️

Maaaring maliit lang itong tagumpay sa paningin ng iba, pero para sa amin, isa itong panalangin na unti-unting sinasagot ng Diyos. Bawat maliit na progreso ay isang malaking dahilan para magpasalamat.

Hindi man mabilis ang kanyang pag-unlad, ang mahalaga ay patuloy siyang lumalaban at hindi sumusuko.

Anak Jacob, ipinagmamalaki ka namin. Tuloy lang, anak. Isang milestone sa bawat pagkakataon. 🙏💙

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for carrying us through this day. As we rest tonight, fill our hearts with Your peace and surround our homes with Your loving protection. Forgive our shortcomings and renew our strength for tomorrow.

We especially lift up every child and every little baby warrior who is fighting sickness. Lord, wrap them in Your healing hands, ease their pain, strengthen their tiny bodies, and give hope and courage to their families. May they continue to grow stronger each day through Your grace and love.

Watch over us through the night, bless us with peaceful sleep, and wake us with grateful hearts for a new day.

In Jesus' name, Amen. 🙏❤️May this prayer bring comfort and hope to everyone who reads it.
