PHILHEALTH REGIONAL OFFICE-6, GINA-GANYAT ANG NEGROSANON NGA MAGPA-REHISTRO SA YAKAP PROGRAM

Sa ginpatigayon nga Media Forum and Pasasalamat sang PhilHealth Regional Office-VI, gina-ganyat nila ang mga Negrosanon nga magpa-rehistro sa YAKAP Program.

Paano bala makasulod sa YAKAP Program kag makapa-rehistro?

1. Siguraduhon nga ikaw ang miyembro na sang PhilHealth. Ang YAKAP registration ang para sa mga PhilHealth members kag ila nga dependents.

2. Magpili sang isa ka accredited YAKAP provider/clinic (ang health centre ukon clinic nga officially nga accredit sang PhilHealth para sa YAKAP services).

3. Ang pagparehistro sa yakap ang pwede himuon sa nagkalain-lain nga pamaagi kaangay sang PhilHealth website/portal, ukon personal sa PhilHealth office ukon accredited clinic.

4. Sa registration, may mga kinahanglan nga datos kaangay sang PhilHealth number, personal details, kag pagpili sang YAKAP provider/clinic.

5. Pagkatapos sang registration, kinahanglan may yara sang “First Patient Encounter” (FPE) sa napili nga YAKAP provider buot silingon, una ka nga makapakonsulta, magpa-screening, kag mag-lab tests sa provider para ma-activate mo ang mga benepisyo sang YAKAP.

6. Kung na-activate na, makuha mo na ang mga benepisyo kaangay sang libre nga konsultasyon, screening, laboratory tests kag mga essential medicines).

REMINDER:

1. Bisan PhilHealth member ka na, indi automatic nga ka-memeber ka sang YAKAP. Kinahanglan mo pa gihapon mag-register para sa YAKAP.

2. Siguraduhon nga ang napili mo nga YAKAP provider ang accredited na. Ang PhilHealth ang may listahan sang mga accredited YAKAP clinics.

CLASSES AND WORK SUSPENDED DUE TO TYPHOON "TINO"

In the latest advisory issued by PAGASA regarding the approach of a tropical cyclone projected to affect the Visayas region, including Sagay City.

To ensure the safety of all residents, Sagay City Mayor Leo Rafael M. Cueva has issued an order suspending CLASSES IN ALL LEVELS (public and private) and WORK IN ALL GOVERNMENT OFFICES on:
• Monday, November 3, 2025
• Tuesday, November 4, 2025

The City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) Council is now on high alert.

All residents are urged to prioritize safety and complete typhoon preparations immediately. Please monitor official updates from PAGASA and the CDRRMO.
