As part of your OJT/Internship requirements, all students are required to secure a Medical Certificate from the Care and Wellness Services prior to deployment.

Please follow the process below:

1️⃣ Secure a laboratory request for Chest X-ray
2️⃣ Return to the clinic with your Chest X-ray result
3️⃣ Fill out the Client Consultation Form
4️⃣ Undergo Vital Signs Check, History Taking, & Physical Assessment
5️⃣ Receive your Medical Certificate

🦷 FREE DENTAL ACTIVITY | SSU Care and Wellness Services 🦷

SSU Care and Wellness Services successfully conducted a Free Dental Activity on December 11, 2025, at the SSUPC Medical-Dental Clinic, providing much-needed oral health services to our students.

Led by our University Dentist, Dr. Marivic L. Borja, the activity offered dental check-ups and tooth extractions to students who availed of the service. A total of 25 students received dental check-ups, while 21 students underwent tooth extraction and were given proper medication and post-care instructions.

We would also like to thank the SSUPC Red Cross Youth volunteers for their valuable support and assistance during the activity, helping ensure a smooth and orderly flow throughout the day.
