The SSUPC Care and Wellness Services joins the Department of Health and our local health authorities in promoting the 2026 Measles–Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-SIA) and Vitamin A Supplementation.

While the campaign primarily aims to protect eligible young children, our university community can play an important role in promoting accurate health information and encouraging families to have their children protected.

To all students applying for On-the-Job Training (OJT) Medical Certificates:

Please be informed that Dr. Tricia A. Yulo, University Physician, officially retired from service effective June 30, 2026.

As the University is currently awaiting the appointment of a new University Physician, the medical examination and issuance of Medical Certificates for OJT applicants shall temporarily be conducted at your respective Rural Health Unit (RHU) or other licensed government physician in your area.

Students are advised to coordinate with their respective RHUs regarding the requirements and schedule for their medical examination.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation while the University completes the hiring process for a new University Physician.

Please follow the process below:

1️⃣ Secure a laboratory request for Chest X-ray
2️⃣ Return to the clinic with your Chest X-ray result
3️⃣ Fill out the Client Consultation Form
4️⃣ Undergo Vital Signs Check, History Taking, & Physical Assessment
5️⃣ Receive your Medical Certificate
