I know the weather is warming. But don't let the pressure from social media to look snatched at the beach have you buying and trying every weight loss product out here! You may lose the weight, but without a consistent long term goal, you will do more damage than good. That weight will most likely come back and then some! You'll get depressed, lose focus, and begin to feel worst than you did before starting. If however you focus on becoming the healthiest version of yourself by:
- increasing good nutritional foods (powerful antioxidant, vitamin, and mineral packed)
- moderate daily exercise(dosen't have to be intense)
- limiting mucus/inflammation building foods (processed foods)
- laughing, hugging, and loving yourself and others
I promise you will not only lose weight, if need be, but you will also feel amazing! Plus the effects will last longer! I hope this helps someone. Tag anyone you think needs to see this!
