Join us for a special event in honor of International Women's Day! We're inviting all women to come together for a day of empowerment, self-care, and personal growth. This event is FREE and features a variety of activities designed to celebrate YOU!

Event Highlights:

Self-Defense Training: Learn practical/ valuable techniques to protect yourself to feel more confident and safe.

Yoga: Relax and reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit.

Sound Healing: Experience the power of sound therapy to restore balance and well-being.

Time: 3:00-6:00PM (Pls. arrive 15minutes before the workshop)
