Inaanyayahan po namin ang lahat na samantalahin ang LIBRENG Chest X-Ray na handog ng inyong Municipal Health Office (MHO). Ito ay bahagi ng aming patuloy na programa para sa maagang pagtuklas at pag-iwas sa mga sakit sa baga tulad ng TB.

✔️ May ubo ng 2 linggo o higit pa
✔️ May sintomas tulad ng lagnat, pamamayat, o hirap sa paghinga
✔️ Lahat ng nais magpa-check ng kanilang baga

📌 Paalala:
• Magdala ng valid ID
• First come, first served basis
• Magsuot ng face mask kung kinakailangan

Ang programang ito ay naisakatuparan sa buong suporta ng Local Government Unit ng San Jose de Buan sa pangunguna ni Hon. Mayor Christal Jean Elizalde at sa pakikipagtulungan ng Rotary Club of Guiguinto.

Strengthening community health services through Mentoring and Supportive Supervision! 🤝💚

The Municipal Health Office conducted a BHW and BNS Meeting focused on the Mentoring and Supervision of the Breastfeeding Support Group and Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) Peer Counselors.

Key topics discussed during the session included:
✅ Refresher Course on House Visit Counseling to strengthen effective community engagement
✅ 8 Antenatal Care (ANC) Visits to ensure safe pregnancy and maternal health
✅ National Immunization Program (NIP) on Fully Immunized Child (FIC)
✅ Complementary Feeding for infants and young children
✅ SMARTMOM Program, discussed by Sir Jan Andrei Siasat, Program Coordinator
✅ BHW Performance-Based Incentive
✅ Community Health Worker Accomplishment Report
✅ Dengue Monitoring and Reporting, including the Search and Destroy Strategy to eliminate mosquito breeding sites in the community

Through continuous mentoring and supportive supervision, the Municipal Health Office ensures that our BHWs and BNS are guided, empowered, and equipped to provide accurate health information and services to mothers, infants, and families in the community.

Together, we continue to build stronger support systems for breastfeeding, proper nutrition, and healthier communities. 🤱👶💪

Isang makabuluhan at matagumpay na Mass Blood Donation ang naisagawa ng Municipal Health Office sa pangunguna ni Dr. Phoebe Dela Cruz, Municipal Health Officer 🩺, at ng ating Rural Health Physician na si Dr. Dimple Marie Cabias 👩‍⚕️, at Ludivina Rebato MVBDP Coordinator katuwang ang LGU San Jose de Buan sa pamumuno ni Hon. Christal Jean Elizalde 👩‍💼.

Ito ay matagumpay na naisakatuparan sa pakikipagtulungan ng Provincial Health Office of Samar 🏥 sa pangunguna ni Dr. Emilio Ampatin 👨‍⚕️ at ni Ma’am Lovina Abigona, PVBDP Coordinator 🤝.

Kasama rin natin ang mga makikisig at maaasahang miyembro ng 87th Infantry Battalion (Hinirang) 🎖️, Bureau of Fire Protection 🚒, at ang ating kapulisan mula sa Philippine National Police 🚓 na buong pusong nakiisa sa gawaing makatao.

💪✨ 59 ang successful blood donors! ✨💪
Isang patunay ito ng malasakit, pagkakaisa, at bayanihan ng ating komunidad 🫶❤️. Kaunti na lamang at maaabot na natin ang 🎯 100 blood units target ng munisipyo!

✨ Strengthening nutrition services through accuracy and teamwork ✨

The Municipal Nutrition Action Officer of San Jose de Buan, Adelfa Gloria, successfully conducted the verification of Operation Timbang Plus tools together with the Rural Health Midwife. This activity was carried out with valuable technical assistance from the Philippines Multisectoral Nutrition Project through Ms. Alex Astorga and Ms. Gillian Borrel ensuring that all tools used for nutrition assessment are accurate and reliable for the community.

💚 Because accurate measurements lead to better nutrition and healthier families.
