ATTENTION BARANGAY 6.

The 4 O’clock Habit is a strategy that mobilizes communities to take the time to “search and destroy possible mosquito-breeding places” every day at 4 p.m. Such cleaning of surroundings done before the evening is critical to reducing the risk of dengue, as mosquitos carrying the disease are most active at dusk.

Together with the 4 o’clock habit, the DOH has launched the “Enhanced 4-S,” another dengue prevention and awareness campaign. The Enhanced 4-S campaign stands for:

Search and destroy mosquito-breeding sites
Secure self-protection measures like wearing long pants and long-sleeved shirts and daily use of mosquito repellent,
Seek early consultation for these signs and symptoms: sudden onset of fever of 2 to 7 days, plus two of the following: headache, body weakness, joint and muscle pains, pain behind the eyes, loss of appetite, vomiting, diarrhea, and skin rashes.
Support fogging/spraying only in hotspot areas where an increase in cases is registered for two consecutive weeks to prevent an impending outbreak.

I Encourage Everyone to Join Me In Prayer for Protection, Peace, and Divine Intervention of God in our Country "Philippines"

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with hearts full of trust in Your divine promises and seeking Your mighty intervention. Lord, You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. We humbly ask for Your protection over the Philippines, especially for our brave soldiers in the Philippine Navy, Coast Guard, Air Force, and Army who guard our territory and protect our fishermen in the West Philippine Sea. Grant them courage, strength, and wisdom as they carry out their duties.

Father, we beseech You to hear our petition from Heaven. Defend us against the aggression, provocation, and deceptive activities of those who seek to harm our nation. Shield us from all forms of illegal and coercive actions, and turn the hearts of those who oppose us towards peace.

We lift up our leaders to You, Lord. Bless them with the wisdom and discernment they need to guide our country through these challenging times. Unite our people in solidarity and resolve, helping us to stand firm and unwavering in the face of adversity.

We ask for Your forgiveness for our sins and for Your mercy upon our land. Bless our country abundantly, Lord, and help us to defeat the aggression we face. May Your peace, justice, and righteousness prevail in the Philippines.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray,

Amen.
