Adult male (including elderly): 1 cap once daily.

𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:
• Venous thromboembolism (DVT or PE; VTE)
• Atrial fibrillation/flutter
• Postoperative venous thromboprophylaxis following hip or knee replacement surgery

𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐃 𝐎𝐅 𝐀𝐃𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:
• 𝐑𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐯𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫: 5mg orally twice daily. Patients >80 y.o, body weight 1.5mg/dL, the recommended dose is 2.5mg orally twice daily.

• 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐲𝐥𝐚𝐱𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐕𝐓 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐨𝐫 𝐤𝐧𝐞𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐲: recommended dose is 2.5mg orally twice daily. Initial dose should be taken 12 to 24 hrs after surgery. Patients undergoing hip surgery, duration of treatment is 35 days. Patients undergoing knee surgery, duration of treatment is 12 days.

• 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐕𝐓 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐄: recommended dose is 10mg orally twice daily for 7 days, followed by 5mg taken orally twice daily.

𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:
Combines the anti-inflammatory, deodorant and accelerated wound-healing properties of chamomile with the bacteriostatic and fungistatic effects of the essential oils. It is therefore suited for the relief of inflammatory infection of the buccal and pharyngeal cavity.

𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:
Inflammatory infection of the buccal and pharyngeal cavity, parodontosis, acute gingivitis, pain after tooth extraction and during 2nd dentition, mucosal irritation caused by dental plates, tonsillary angina, canker sores and bad breath.

𝐃𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐔𝐒𝐄:
Apply 2 puffs 3 times daily to the affected region of the buccal and pharyngeal cavity with the spraying head correspond to a fully effective single dose.

180mg tablet: For th relief of symptoms associated with chronic idiopathic urticaria in adults and children 12 years of age and older. For the treatment of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis.

𝐃𝐎𝐒𝐀𝐆𝐄/𝐃𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐔𝐒𝐄:
Adults and children 12 years and older: the recommended dose is 180mg tablet once daily.
Children under 12 years of age: The efficacy and safety of fexofenadine hcl has not been studied in children under 12 years of age.
Special risk group: Studies in special risk group (elderly, renally or hepatically impaired patients) indicate that it is not necessary to adjust the dose of fexofenadine hcl in these patients.
