We successfully concluded our Nutrition in Emergency Training for Health Workers, HRH, and Midwives held last April 21-23, 2026, at St. Anthony De Padua, Poblacion, Siruma, Camarines Sur.

Our heartfelt thanks to our Resource Speakers, ma'am Carmina Maye Ranin, RND and ma'am Catalina Austria, RND, for sharing their invaluable knowledge and expertise. Your guidance has empowered our health workers, HRH, and midwives to better respond to nutrition needs during emergencies.

We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to our MHO, Dr. Louise M. Reyes, and our MNAO, Johnjohn D. Villafuerte, RN, for their leadership, support, and commitment to making this activity a success.

We also extend our appreciation to all participants for their active engagement and commitment to strengthening community resilience.

Together, we continue to build healthier and more prepared communities. 💚

Ini po sa kadahilanang may PuroKalusugan (PK) Activity na gigibuhon sa iba't ibang barangay, tanganing maparahay pa ang serbisyo asin mapaabot ang pangangalagang pangkalusugan sa mas dakol na kahimanwa.

Change started at home — and empowered mothers made it possible. 💚

From January to March, we successfully conducted a series of Mothers' Class sessions on behavioral change across different barangays in Siruma, Camarines Sur, reaching and inspiring women to take the lead in building healthier families and communities.

These activities empowered mothers with knowledge, skills, and practical guidance to promote healthier practices within their families and communities. Through active participation, shared experiences, and continuous learning, we witnessed inspiring growth and stronger community connections.

Thank you to all the amazing mothers, barangay partners, and facilitators who made these sessions meaningful and impactful. Together, we continue to build healthier and more resilient communities! 💚

Sa gabos po na Blood Donors, magkakaigwa po kita ning Mobile Blood Donation saaga, Marso 10, 2026, (8:00 am-12:00nn) sa Municipal Covered Court.

Kung kamo po may mga kahaputan sa mga kwalipikasyon para maging sarong blood donor, magrani asin magpapre-screening lamang po sa mga health workers sa saindong barangay health centers o sa Rural Health Unit (RHU).
