Bacteriology Laboratory Receives ARSP Accreditation
Caraga Regional Hospital’s Bacteriology Laboratory has earned accreditation under the Department of Health’s Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance Program (ARSP), in partnership with PhilHealth and the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine.
The certification affirms the laboratory’s compliance with national standards on the surveillance and responsible use of restricted antimicrobials. It also underscores the hospital’s role in strengthening public health systems and advancing the fight against antimicrobial resistance in the region.
