Cycle 13 of with 26 participants from Polomolok, South Cotabato, engaging in an activity on and , was both fun and exciting.

In this particular activity, we explored whether we can show up fully when we believe we can .

Verdict: when we think we can miltitask, we actually sacrifice one activity for another. We can only be fully present in one activity and not in both or any other additional task we engage in. We may give 100% of ourselves to one activity, and in the other(s), we give less than that. Hence, being fully engaged and present in 1 thing, has great value, no? Specially if it is a 😁
