๐ฉบ Benefits for Blood Donors
๐งช Free & Confidential Health Screening
Before every donation, you receive a mini medical check-up at no cost:
- Check of blood pressure, pulse rate, temperature, and hemoglobin level
- Your blood is tested for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV, Syphilis, and Malaria
- Results are kept private โ you will be notified if any concern is found
โค๏ธ Better Heart & Body Health
- Reduces excess iron: Too much iron in the blood can damage blood vessels and organs. Regular donation lowers iron levels, helping reduce risk of heart disease.
- Stimulates new blood production: Your body naturally replenishes the blood cells you give โ this keeps your blood-forming system active and healthy.
- May lower cholesterol levels: Studies show regular donors often have better lipid profiles over time.

- Boosts sense of purpose: Knowing you saved up to 3 lives gives a strong feeling of fulfillment and happiness.
- Reduces stress: Helping others releases feel-good chemicals in the brain, lifting your mood.
- Sets a good example: Inspires family, friends, and neighbors to give back to the community.
