Hindi talaga maiiwasan ang “noise” lalo na kapag naggo-grow na ‘yung brand. Some feedback and clarifications are valid naman at nakakatulong din sa pag-improve ng products, pero hindi rin maiiwasan na may mga nauuna nang mag-comment negatively before doing their research. (Hindi ko na i-post yung OA comments) The sad truth about that though is that it could mislead other consumers, which can be harmful to a growing brand.
