1. Children under 12 years of age
- This event is not suitable for children under 12 years old due to the dangers of candle wax and accidents from running around. Children under 12 years old are free of charge and must be seated
with an adult (2 adults per child). However, parents are responsible for their safety in all cases while bringing children to the event.
2. How to get to the event
- The venue is far from the main road and has limited parking space. When there are many cars, it will cause traffic jams. Therefore, for convenience, savings and safety, we recommend that you buy tickets with a shuttle service from the agency where you bought the tickets.
3. Ticket Price (Standard VS Premium)
- Premium and Standard tickets differ only in the proximity and distance of seats in the activity area. Souvenirs, participation in activities, and types of food will be the same.
4. Camera and Mobile Phone accessories
- Tripods or selfie sticks are not allowed in the event.
Before entering the event, there will be a place to leave your accessories to prevent them from being a danger to the public.
5. Prohibited Items
- Alcoholic beverages, firecrackers, sky lanterns are not allowed in the event, and smoking is not allowed in the event.
6. Things to receive at the event when you check in to the event, you will receive: Souvenirs, Food and drinks, 2 lanterns per person, Mosquito repellent, Raincoats

- BOOKING HOLDING PERIOD: The booking holding period is limited to three (3) business days only.
Failure to provide the Guarantee Deposit within this period may result in the release of the booking.
- TICKET ISSUANCE: Ticket issuance is finalized approximately one month before the departure date.
Please note that this timeline is subject to adjustments influenced by the heightened demand experienced during peak seasons, as well as the operational capacity of our airline partners.
- DATE TRANSFER POLICY: Upon payment of the Guarantee Deposit, the Agent acknowledges that the selected travel date is definitive. Any sudden request for a change in the travel date after payment is considered final and cannot be accommodated.
- CREDIT NOTE POLICY: In the event of an overpayment, a credit note will be issued, transferring the overpaid amount into a TRAVEL FUND. This credit note is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- IMMIGRATION PROCESS: For passengers unable to pass the immigration process at any international airport, the entire tour package cost is non-refundable. Note that this process is subject to
the discretion of the immigration officer, and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.
- FLIGHT SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS: In the event of sudden adjustments to the flight schedule made by the airline, clients are expected to follow the new set schedule. Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities, force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics, and pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. A refund is not an option.

- For passengers from provinces or distant areas, please arrive at the Manila airport at least 10 hours before your flight to avoid delays and ensure a smooth travel experience.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- The package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refunds will be provided for any unused tours, transportation, hotels, and flights. Once the guarantee deposit has been made, cancellation is not permitted. In the event of cancellation, both the guarantee deposit and full payment will be forfeited, along with corresponding charges.

- GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: PHP 18,000 per person is required to secure the reservation. The guarantee deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and must be settled within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the Confirmation Invoice. Otherwise, the slot may be released.
- BOOKING HOLDING PERIOD: The booking holding period is limited to three (3) business days only.
Failure to provide the Guarantee Deposit within this period may result in the release of the booking.
- VISA DENIAL POLICY: In the unfortunate event of a visa application being DENIED, the guarantee deposit will be FORFEITED. However, a name change for a passenger with a valid visa is permissible if the ticket has not yet been issued, provided they join the same departure date.
- TICKET ISSUANCE: Ticket issuance is finalized approximately one week before the departure date.
Please note that this timeline is subject to adjustments influenced by the heightened demand experienced during peak seasons, as well as the operational capacity of our airline partners.
- DATE TRANSFER POLICY: Upon payment of the Guarantee Deposit, the Agent acknowledges that the selected travel date is definitive. Any sudden request for a change in the travel date after payment is considered final and cannot be accommodated.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: The package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refunds will be provided for any unused tours, transportation, hotels, and flights. Once the guarantee deposit has been made, cancellation is not permitted. Both the guarantee deposit and full payment will be forfeited in the
event of cancellation.
- CREDIT NOTE POLICY: In the event of an overpayment, a credit note will be issued, transferring the overpaid amount into a TRAVEL FUND. This credit note is NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be
applied to future bookings
- IMMIGRATION PROCESS: For passengers unable to pass the immigration process at any international airport, the entire tour package cost is non-refundable. Note that this process is subject to
the discretion of the immigration officer, and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.
- FLIGHT SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS: In the event of sudden adjustments to the flight schedule made by the airline, clients are expected to follow the new set schedule. Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities, force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics, and pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. A refund is not an option.
- For passenger/s not joining shopping stops – Ginseng, Red Pine, Amethyst, and Cosmetic – a penalty of USD 180/pax shall be charged.

- GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: PHP 35,000 per person is required to secure the reservation. The guarantee
deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and must be settled within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS of receiving
the Confirmation Invoice. Otherwise, the slot may be released.
- BOOKING HOLDING PERIOD: The booking holding period is limited to three (3) business days only.
Failure to provide the Guarantee Deposit within this period may result in the release of the booking.
- VISA DENIAL POLICY: In the unfortunate event of a visa application being DENIED, the guarantee
deposit will be FORFEITED. However, a name change for a passenger with a valid visa is permissible
if the ticket has not yet been issued, provided they join the same departure date.
- TICKET ISSUANCE: Ticket issuance is finalized approximately one week before the departure date.
Please note that this timeline is subject to adjustments influenced by the heightened demand
experienced during peak seasons, as well as the operational capacity of our airline partners.
- DATE TRANSFER POLICY: Upon payment of the Guarantee Deposit, the Agent acknowledges that
the selected travel date is definitive. Any sudden request for a change in the travel date after payment
is considered final and cannot be accommodated.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: The package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refunds will
be provided for any unused tours, transportation, hotels, and flights. Once the guarantee deposit has
been made, cancellation is not permitted. Both the guarantee deposit and full payment will be forfeited
in the event of cancellation.
- CREDIT NOTE POLICY: In the event of an overpayment, a credit note will be issued, transferring the
overpaid amount into a TRAVEL FUND. This credit note is NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be
applied to future bookings
- IMMIGRATION PROCESS: For passengers unable to pass the immigration process at any
international airport, the entire tour package cost is non-refundable. Note that this process is subject to
the discretion of the immigration officer, and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.
- FLIGHT SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS: In the event of sudden adjustments to the flight schedule made
by the airline, clients are expected to follow the new set schedule. Rebooking can only be processed
in the event of natural calamities, force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial
disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics, and pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. A
refund is not an option.
- For passenger/s not joining shopping stops – Ginseng, Red Pine, Amethyst, and Cosmetic – a penalty
of USD 180/pax shall be charged.
E-GROUP VISA
- ELIGIBILITY: The E-Group Visa is available only to passengers who have no prior denials of a South
Korean visa or any derogatory immigration records. A minimum of three (3) passengers is required to
be eligible for the E-group visa. Passengers with a history of visa denial are ineligible for the E-Group
Visa.
- SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All required documents must be submitted in the specified format.
Failure to adhere to the submission guidelines will result in delays or outright rejection of the
application.
- VISA VALIDITY: Once the E-Group Visa is issued, it cannot be extended. Passengers must depart
and return on the dates specified in their visa application. These dates will be monitored by South
Korean immigration authorities.
- SKIPPING TOUR: Once approved for the KR E-Group Visa, passengers must attend all scheduled
tours without exception. Skipping any tour is strictly prohibited.
- VISA ISSUANCE: The E-Group Visa is generally issued three days prior to the scheduled departure
date. Ensure all passengers are aware of this timeframe and make necessary arrangements
accordingly.
- VISA WAIVER: All agents are required to sign the visa waiver agreement as part of the application
process.
- SOLO TRAVELER RESTRICTION: The KR E-Group Visa is strictly NOT applicable to solo travelers.
Applications must be submitted as part of a group of at least three (3) eligible passengers.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- To ensure a smooth departure process, please check and confirm with your passengers the following
mandatory travel documents:
1. For Filipino Minors (Below 18 Years Old): If a minor is traveling alone or with someone other than
their parents, they are required to secure a Travel Clearance issued by the Department of Social
Welfare and Development (DSWD). Please advise parents/guardians to process this in advance.
2. For Filipino Government Employees: Government employees traveling abroad, even for personal
or leisure purposes, must present a Travel Authority from their respective Department Heads. This
is a required document upon departure.

before your flight to avoid delays and ensure a smooth travel experience.
- Fuel surcharge is not included, mandatory to pay, and may vary depending on travel date—subject to
