1. BUTT FUSION TECHNICIAN

✅ Qualifications:

• 1–3 years experience in HDPE butt fusion
• Knowledgeable in HDPE pipe sizes and SDR ratings
• Able to follow technical procedures and safety standards
• A team player with a strong work ethic
• Willing to work outdoors and render overtime when required

2. DRIVER (SELF-LOADING / DUMP TRUCK)

✅ Qualifications:

• With experience driving self-loading trucks and/or dump trucks
• Must have a valid Philippine Professional Driver’s License (DL Code 3)
• Physically fit and willing to assist with manual labor when needed
• Basic knowledge of vehicle operation, preventive maintenance, and road safety
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and reliable

Minimum Qualifications
* With at least one (1) year of experience in Human Resources or related administrative work
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred but not required

* Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and documentation skills
* Able to implement company policies consistently and professionally

* Able to adapt immediately to operational requirements in a construction environment

* Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential employee records and HR documentation
* Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination
* Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
* Ensure HR processes are carried out in accordance with company standards and applicable labor laws and regulations
