Successful Blood Donation Camp at Qurtuba University

Fatimid Foundation successfully organized a Blood Donation Camp at Qurtuba University, where we received an encouraging response and a great number of blood donations.

We are especially thankful to the female students and lecturers who stepped forward and generously donated blood for the noble cause of supporting thalassemia patients.
Every donor is a true hero. Your precious contribution can help save lives and bring hope to children who depend on regular blood transfusions.

گومل یونیورسٹی ڈیرہ اسماعیل خان اور فاطمید فاؤنڈیشن کے درمیان باہمی تعاون کی مفاہمتی یادداشت (MOU) پر دستخط کیے گئے۔

تقریب میں قائم مقام وائس چانسلر گومل یونیورسٹی پروفیسر ڈاکٹر نعمت اللہ بابر، ایڈمنسٹریٹر فاطمید فاؤنڈیشن ملک محمد طارق اور ڈائریکٹر آفس آف ریسرچ، انوویشن اینڈ کمرشلائزیشن (ORIC) ڈاکٹر مزمل احمد خان سمیت دیگر متعلقہ افراد موجود تھے۔

مفاہمتی یادداشت کے تحت فاطمید فاؤنڈیشن کی لیبارٹریز میں گومل یونیورسٹی کے طلبہ کو مفت انٹرن شپ، عملی تربیت اور سیکھنے کے مواقع بھی فراہم کیے جائیں گے، جس سے طلبہ کو جدید لیبارٹری سہولیات اور عملی تجربہ حاصل کرنے میں مدد ملے گی۔

اسی طرح گومل یونیورسٹی کی جانب سے فاطمید فاؤنڈیشن کے لیے بڑے پیمانے پر بلڈ ڈونیشن کیمپ/بلڈ ڈرائیو کا انعقاد کیا جائے گا، تاکہ تھیلیسیمیا اور ہیموفیلیا کے مریضوں کے لیے خون کی دستیابی کو یقینی بنانے میں مؤثر کردار ادا کیا جا سکے۔

اس موقع پر قائم مقام وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر نعمت اللہ بابر نے کہا کہ گومل یونیورسٹی معاشرے کی فلاح و بہبود اور دکھی انسانیت کی خدمت کے لیے ہر ممکن تعاون جاری رکھے گی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ فاطمید فاؤنڈیشن کے ساتھ یہ تعاون نہ صرف طلبہ کے لیے عملی تربیت کے نئے مواقع پیدا کرے گا بلکہ تھیلیسیمیا اور ہیموفیلیا کے مریضوں کے لیے بھی ایک مثبت اور مؤثر اقدام ثابت ہوگا۔

We are honored to share that today, the Honorable Vice Chancellor of Gomal University visited our center, where a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between Gomal University and Fatimid Foundation.

This MOU marks an important step toward strengthening collaboration, awareness, and support for Thalassemia patients and blood donation initiatives.
We are confident that this collaboration will bring significant improvement and development to our center, enhance our services, and create better opportunities for the patients we serve.

Former MNA, renowned social activist and businessman Mr. Shaikh Yaqoob visited the Fatimid Foundation Center, Dera Ismail Khan. During his visit, he appreciated the dedicated efforts of Fatimid Foundation for the care and support of Thalassemia patients.

Mr. Shaikh Yaqoob also visited the Laboratory and BMD (Blood Management & Donation) Department, where he appreciated the services and hard work of the staff in providing quality healthcare and blood-related services to patients.

On the occasion of Youm-e-Shuhada (Martyrs' Day), Fatimid Foundation proudly organized a Blood Donation Camp to honor the sacrifices of our martyrs by giving the gift of life.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the RPO and DPO for personally donating blood and setting an inspiring example of leadership, compassion, and commitment to humanity. We also sincerely commend the Lady Police Constables whose participation reflected their dedication to serving the community beyond the call of duty.

We are deeply grateful to every police officer, official, and volunteer who contributed to this noble cause. Your generous blood donation will help save the lives of patients, especially children living with thalassemia and others in urgent need.

The session focused on enhancing emergency preparedness, fire safety, evacuation procedures, and effective response during critical situations. The Civil Defense team also toured the hospital to review safety measures and provide valuable recommendations for maintaining a secure healthcare environment.
