Today's interesting and important case #
55 yrs old male with no risk factors presented with pain in inner side of left arm for one month.
ECG, Echo normal but I still suspected it anginal pain as cardiac patients sometimes only present with referred pain in left arm ( due to same dermatomes).
Did his ETT and Patient again developed left arm pain with ECG changes during exercise and ETT turned out to be positive.
Lesson of the day #
Never say any pain a non Cardiac pain , in the front or back of chest or left/right arm pain or jaw pain until ruled out by a cardiologist.۔
