Enjoy the festivities without upsetting your digestion or feeling sluggish 💛

🥗 1. Don’t make every meal meat heavy

Try to keep at least one meal lighter especially breakfast.
Go for:
• Eggs + toast
• Yogurt + fruit
• Oats
• Paratha with tea occasionally instead of leftover BBQ 😅

🥒 2. Add salad with lunch & dinner

Fresh vegetables help with digestion and balance heavier meals.
Add:
• Cucumber
• Lettuce
• Tomatoes
• Onion
• Mint yogurt dip

💧 3. Drink more water

BBQ + salty foods + hot weather = dehydration.
Aim for regular water intake throughout the day instead of only soft drinks.

🍖 4. Portion matters

You can enjoy qorma, kebabs, pulao & BBQ just try not to overload one plate with multiple meat dishes at once.

🍉 5. Add fiber daily

Include:
• Fruit
• Salad
