ہمیں سی پی آر آنا چاہیے!
۔۔Cardiac Arrest۔ کیا ہوتا ہے؟
یہ دل کی وہ حالت ہوتی ہے جب دل اچانک دھڑکنا بند کر دیتا ہے۔ انسان بظاہر مردہ لگتا ہے لیکن اگر فوری CPR شروع کر دی جائے تو وہ واپس آ سکتا ہے !---
۔CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)۔ کیا ہے؟
یہ ایک ہنگامی طبی عمل ہے جو ایسے شخص پر کیا جاتا ہے:
* جس کا دل دھڑکنا بند ہو جائے
* جو بے ہوش ہو
* جس کی سانسیں رک چکی ہوں

کیسے کیا جاتا ہے؟
1. شخص کو لٹائیں
2. پہلے 30 بار سینے پر زور سے دباتے جائیں۔۔۔۔(Chest Compressions)
3. پھر 2 بار منہ سے سانس دیں (Rescue Breaths)
یہ عمل بار بار دہراتے رہیں جب تک طبی مدد نہ پہنچے۔
یاد رکھیں
سی پی آر کرنے والا شخص ڈاکٹر نہیں ہوتا، لیکن فوری ردعمل ایک عام انسان کو بھی ہیرو بنا دیتا ہے۔
سی پی آر کسی کی آخری سانس کو نئی زندگی میں بدل سکتا ہے
